• Unauthorized access to data, services, or systems is strictly prohibited.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and third-party service policies.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access if these terms are violated.
1. Informal Resolution: Attempt to resolve disputes by contacting us at contact@querylab.io
2. Mediation/Arbitration: Optional process if both parties agree.
3. Jurisdiction: Unresolved disputes will be handled in courts located in the United Kingdom.
We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, data, or other incidental losses caused by your use of the app.
We are not responsible for any costs incurred from queries executed using the Querylab.io, including but not limited to Google Cloud Platform charges for data processing, storage, or API usage. Users are solely responsible for monitoring their own usage and associated costs within their Google Cloud account.
Additionally, we disclaim liability for any service interruptions, data loss, or performance issues caused by Google Cloud or other third-party services used in conjunction with this application.
While we implement security measures to protect user data, we are not liable for any unauthorized access, hacking, data breaches, or other cybersecurity incidents that may compromise user information. Users acknowledge that no online service is completely secure and assume all risks related to data security.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.
Querylab.io is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, Google BigQuery, and Google Cloud are trademarks of Google LLC.
We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
