This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through Querylab.io. Since payments for all subscriptions are processed and managed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record, all refund requests are evaluated and resolved according to Paddle’s official Refund Policy.
By purchasing a subscription to Querylab.io, you agree to the following terms.
All purchases, billing operations, taxes, invoices, and refunds for Querylab.io are handled by:
Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”)
Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
This means that Paddle - not Querylab.io - manages:
• payment processing
• VAT/GST calculation
• issuing invoices
• subscription renewals
• refunds
• chargebacks
All refund decisions are made under Paddle’s Refund Policy.

Refund requests must be submitted to Paddle or to Querylab.io (we will forward the request to Paddle for processing).
Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
• duplicate charges
• accidental purchases
• technical issues preventing the use of the service
• other cases allowed under Paddle’s Refund Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed unless required under applicable consumer protection laws or Paddle’s internal rules.
Querylab.io does not issue refunds directly.
You can request a refund in any of the following ways:
Use Paddle’s refund request page:
https://paddle.net → “Support” → “Billing & Payments”
Or email Paddle support:
help@paddle.com
Email: contact@querylab.io
We will forward your request to Paddle, which will review and process it.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel:
• follow the cancellation link in your Paddle receipt, or
• use the “Manage Subscription” page provided by Paddle, or
• email us at contact@querylab.io
After cancellation:
• you retain access until the end of the current billing period
• no further charges are applied
• no partial-period (pro-rated) refunds are provided unless required by Paddle’s rules
All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Paddle sends renewal reminders and receipts for each billing cycle.
If a renewal charge occurs before a cancellation is completed, you may request a refund from Paddle.
Refunds are not typically provided for:
• full usage of the service during the billing period
• “change of mind” after extended use
• partial billing periods
• inability to use the service due to issues on the user’s Google Cloud account (e.g., quotas, billing limits, API restrictions)
Where required by law, consumers may retain statutory refund rights.
